Service Offering: Hire dedicated website and mobile application developers on a weekly or monthly basis.
Professional Levels: Intermediate and expert-level professionals.
Working Hours: 32 hours per week, averaging 6 hours per day.
Monitoring: Clients may monitor developers through tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Skype. Fission Monster offers management services for an additional fee.
Responsibilities: Fission Monster ensures the punctuality and availability of resources if the client opts out of management services.
Service Offering: Project-based engagements with fixed quotations and timelines.
Timeline Adjustments: Dependent on the number of resources allocated.
Updates: Weekly updates provided to clients.
Cost Structure: Fixed project pricing with the possibility of installment payments for long-term projects, subject to Accounts department approval.
All services provided by Fission Monster comply with applicable UK laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Companies Act 2006.
Licensed Products: Fission Monster uses licensed products (e.g., sounds, images, APIs) to ensure copyright compliance. The cost of these products is not included in the development fee and will be invoiced separately.
Ownership: All intellectual property developed during the project remains the property of Fission Monster until full payment has been received. .
Fission Monster is committed to safeguarding your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. All personal data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Termination Notice: Contracts or services cannot be terminated without providing a 30-day notice.
Mutual Termination: Contracts can be mutually terminated with a 30-day notice period.
Working Hours: Fixed at 32 hours per week. Any additional hours will be billed according to the services used.
Holidays: Only festival holidays are recognized due to the multicultural nature of our team. No other holidays are included in either model.
Deadlines: Deadlines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, strikes, technical issues, or client delays (e.g., changing requirements, delayed feedback). Fission Monster will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to such delays.
Advance Payment: A 30% advance payment is required before commencing any project. The remaining amount will be divided across the project’s deliverables.
Installments: In the Fission Precision Model, the project cost can be divided into installments corresponding to the number of development months. For maintenance projects, the installment plan may be extended to 3-5 months, pending Accounts department approval.
Refunds: Once a project price is finalized and invoiced, it is non-refundable. However, clients may opt for alternative services within the same price bracket if they choose not to use the original services.
Third-Party Services: No extra charges will be applied for third-party services. Clients are responsible for paying the exact amount invoiced by the expert.
Decision Makers: Clients must provide the details of authorized decision-makers. Only these individuals can approve changes to the requirements list or give final approvals.
Quotation Validity: Quotations provided by Fission Monster will be valid for 10 days. After this period, a new quotation may be required.

External Teams: Fission Monster will terminate the project if more than one external team is involved in the development process, except in the Fission Focus Model.
Limitation of Liability: Fission Monster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the client or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, our services.
Indemnity: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fission Monster , its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with the client’s breach of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
All information shared between the client and Fission Monster during the course of the project shall be treated as confidential. Neither party shall disclose any confidential information to any third party without prior written consent from the other party.
Fission Monster reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
