Refund, Return, or Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once the project starts.
  
• If a client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be considered.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request to cancel a project with a 30-day written notice.
  
• If work has already commenced, no refunds will be issued for completed work.

3. Revision & Correction Policy

• If a client is unsatisfied with the project, we will attempt reasonable revisions based on the agreed scope.
  
• Requests outside the original agreement may incur additional fees.
  

4. Exceptional Cases

• If a project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair resolution will be discussed with the client.
