1. Project Initiation
- Clients must submit their project requirements before we provide a quote.
- A dedicated account manager will be assigned to each client.
2. Project Timeline
- Timelines are estimates and depend on client collaboration.
- Delays due to client-side inaction may extend the delivery time.
3. Revisions
- Each service includes a limited number of revisions, as agreed upon in the project scope.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
4. Post-Project Support
- Basic support is provided for 30 days after project completion.
- Extended support can be purchased separately.
